Payment processing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for agreed amounts.
Receipts and billing confirmations are typically delivered by email.

Late payments & chargebacks

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until resolved. Excessive chargebacks or disputes may result in account limitation to protect platform integrity.

Cancellations

Flexibility

Cancel anytime

You can cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date.
Your access may continue until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation prevents new charges but does not erase past invoices.

Refunds & credits

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and timing.
Unused sessions may be credited at our discretion where allowed.
Digital content access may be limited after refund processing.

Rescheduling sessions

Live sessions may be rescheduled when requested with reasonable notice, subject to instructor availability. Repeated no-shows may be treated as used sessions.
